Dennis Hall
Dennis has been Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Carlisle Companies Inc., a NYSE-listed company. He has also managed an Australian company, which is now part of United Technologies, served as Chairman of a Japanese-American joint venture and Chairman of a Danish multi-national company. He currently serves as the Managing Director of a private equity firm. Dennis completed his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Michigan State University and studied Finance and Accounting at the post-graduate level at Marquette University. Dennis has served as a Director on a variety of non-profit and charity boards. He has also been a guest lecturer in the MBA program Syracuse University on the subject of mergers and acquisitions.

David Hayes
David is currently Of Counsel to Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC. He advises clients in matters concerning business law, including antitrust, cooperatives, corporate governance, finance, insurance, securities and strategic planning. He received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and law degree from the University of Virginia Law School. David is a Past President of the Onondaga County Bar Association and is the current Chair of the Audit Committee of the New York State Bar Association. His many community and professional activities include Past President of 1) Legal Services of Central New York, 2) the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York, and 3) the Boys & Girls Club of Syracuse. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Syracuse University College of Law.

Richard Laubenstein
Richard is retired from Carrier Corporation a Division of United Technologies, where he was President of Carrier Transicold, a company with $1.2 billion in annual sales and 2,000 employees worldwide. He held a number of executive leadership, engineering and manufacturing positions during his thirty-two year career with the company. He currently participates on several private business boards as well as non-profit organizations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Syracuse University.

Ellen O'Connor
Ellen is Chief Financial Officer of Dairylea Cooperative Inc., a Syracuse-based milk marketing cooperative. Previously, she was Treasurer and Controller for Carlisle Companies Inc., a NYSE-listed company. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Providence College, a Masters degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University and is a licensed CPA. She has served on various non-profit boards and is currently Vice Chair of the Loretto Board of Trustees. Ellen and her husband Patrick live in Fayetteville and enjoy spending time with their two sons.
